• Unauthorized goods and activities

According to the rules of Sinbad.trade international platform, buying and selling of these goods or services is prohibited:

• Buying and selling tobacco and drugs, accessories and all tools
• Buying and selling and services of eavesdropping devices, eavesdropping equipment, spy equipment
• Buying and selling all kinds of firearms
• Buying and selling and services of cold weapons and non-sports personal defense equipment
• Buying and selling and services of any lottery, gambling and betting and other illegal transactions.

• Policies for the publication of advertisements for the sale of goods or services

In accordance with the rules of Sinbad.trade international platform, the policies for publishing advertisements for the sale of goods or services are as follows:

• Publish any advertisement for the sale of goods or services whose subject, content and image are in the list of prohibited goods and activities.
• Publish any advertisement for the sale of goods or services, or any photo whose content is obscene, vulgar, or unconventional.
• Publish an ad selling goods or services in the wrong category or out of the Sinbad.trade categories
• Publish any advertisements for the sale of goods or services that lead to hatred or disrespect to ethnic, racial, religious and gender groups.

• Executive guarantee

In accordance with the rules of the Sinbad.trade international platform, Sinbad reserves the right to:

• This right is reserved for Sindbad to remove advertisements that are contrary to its terms and rules whenever it deems necessary.
• Sinbad reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or block the user account of a person who does not comply with the conditions and rules contained in this document, in order to increase the security of users and at its own discretion, whenever it deems necessary.
• If it is confirmed that a seller has falsified his qualification, the seller will be banned from activity. Forgery means that a seller provides false, altered or fraudulent information or materials when registering for an activity.

• In addition to these rules, Sinbad.trade continuously amends and completes the rules. Matters not covered here must be handled according to specific rules.
